We all experience times in our lives that can be challenging, whether they are short-term or affect us for many years.  If you feel like your relationships are difficult to manage, your life has become overwhelming, or you are experiencing less satisfaction in daily life, we will work together to improve the quality of your life.  My goal is to provide you a comfortable and safe place where we can build on your strengths and develop ways to overcome obstacles.

I obtained my Master’s Degree in Counseling from Roosevelt University and I work from a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapeutic Approach; however, I do understand that not all individuals will benefit from one type of therapy so I will tailor my style to fit the needs of my clients.  I have experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, behavioral disorders, substance abuse, and trauma.

If you’re ready to take the next step to a better you, Go to the contact page or call 847-220-1442 and specify that you would like to meet with me.

“Happiness is not just a place, but also a process…Happiness is an ongoing process of fresh challenges, and it takes the right attitudes and activities to continue to be happy.”
